About

The IDF Disabled Veterans Organization was founded in 1949 by a small group of wounded veterans. Over the years, it has become Israel’s official representative body, providing a full support system for all wounded soldiers and members of the security forces who were injured or fell ill during their military service.

The organization operates nationwide and manages five districts and four Beit HaLochem rehabilitation centers — in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, and soon in Ashdod — serving over 80,000 disabled IDF veterans and security personnel, offering them a warm home for community, culture, rehabilitation, and sports.
